Alliance was producing so many files that the storage of these records was taking an entire floor of expensive office space and they became difficult to locate.
Solution:Access was able to store Alliance’s records at a lower overall cost with the added benefit of higher security, confidentiality and protection. Utilizing the RS-SQL inventory tracking software, Access provided an organized file inventory to easily track and retrieve files and containers. Alliance Bancorp recaptured their valuable on-site space and can now quickly search for a file and have it delivered.
