Challenge:

With the boom in the real estate market, Alliance realized they needed a solution for the storage and management of their loan documents. Alliance was producing so many files that the storage of these records was taking an entire floor of expensive office space and they became difficult to locate.

Solution:

Access was able to store Alliance’s records at a lower overall cost with the added benefit of higher security, confidentiality and protection. Utilizing the RS-SQL inventory tracking software, Access provided an organized file inventory to easily track and retrieve files and containers. Alliance Bancorp recaptured their valuable on-site space and can now quickly search for a file and have it delivered. With a sound records management platform in place the Alliance team is well equipped to meet regulatory compliance and provide improved service to their customers.
