Access Information Management Acquires Datakeep Inc.

San Francisco CA – February 15, 2008 –Access Information Management has announced the acquisition of Datakeep, Inc., a records management company based in Madison, Wisconsin. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition is the first made by Access in the Central United States and will serve as the cornerstone of their Midwest presence.

Datakeep, Inc. has been serving Wisconsin businesses for over 20 years. Long-time Datakeep manager, Thom Dahlen has been appointed General Manager by Access. He will continue to lead a team that is widely recognized as the best in the Madison records management market. The company currently offers hard copy and vault storage and soon will be offering shred services, as well.
