Access Information Management Acquires Golden Bear Shredding

Today it was announced that Access Information Management has acquired Golden Bear Shredding, a mobile and off-site shred services company based in Antioch, California. The acquisition expands Access’ service offerings in the San Francisco Bay Area by adding mobile shred capabilities to its existing shred services. Access now offers mobile shredding in the San Francisco Bay Area and all of Southern California.

“We are pleased to welcome new team members, in particular Wayne Allen, former President of Golden Bear Shredding. Wayne will be serving as Director of Client Care for the San Francisco Bay Area”, stated Ken Hafner, Access’ Regional Vice President of Northern California.

Golden Bear Shredding is the ninth acquisition made by Access since 2005 and the fourth in 2007.
